? How long does it take to launch?
We can have a first draft within a day, once we've aligned on your desired style and content. From there, it's a few rounds of feedback until you're happy.
? Do I own the site?
You own your content and your domain, always. The platform is ours, so we can keep it modern and secure — but if you ever leave, you walk away with everything you put in.
? What if I need a change later?
Small content edits are part of the monthly fee — send a note, we'll handle it. Bigger redesigns or new features get a friendly quote first; never a surprise bill.
? Can I write in two languages?
Yes — French, English, or both. Bilingual is built into the platform, with proper language tags, hreflang, and locale-aware URLs. No plugins, no hacks.
? What if I already have a domain?
Bring it. We'll handle the DNS migration and the new SSL certificate so the swap is invisible to anyone visiting your site.
? Can I cancel anytime?
